The inspiration

In the summer of 2021 we went on a roadtrip across the Pacific Northwest, exploring new cities and ourselves as young adults in these contexts. We reminisced on our childhood adventures while experiencing new ones as older versions of ourselves. In Seattle, we stopped for pho near the Space Needle. Its reflection was captured by Val in passing. Months later, Ingrid rediscovered the image. Inspired by the lines in these reflections, she created a fabric collage of the image and sent it to Val and Unraveled Moments was born.
